Using ROOK & Attending Classes
ROOK provides live online English learning programs for children. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate information during enrolment and for ensuring that their child uses the Services appropriately.
ROOK classes are conducted in fixed cohorts with limited seats. Students are expected to attend classes on time and participate actively. Class schedules, duration and cohort structure may vary by program.
Students are expected to treat teachers and other students respectfully. ROOK reserves the right to suspend or remove a student from a class for inappropriate, disruptive or abusive behaviour.
Course Content, Payments & Recordings
All ROOK curriculum, games, activities, teaching materials, videos and other content are the intellectual property of ROOK. They may not be copied, distributed, recorded, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
Course fees must be paid as specified at enrolment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept the applicable course and refund terms.
Online classes may be recorded where required for educational, quality, support or administrative purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and applicable class recording policy for more information.
ROOK may modify class schedules, content, teachers or other aspects of its Services when reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to parents.
Service Availability, Liability & Legal Terms
ROOK will make reasonable efforts to provide its Services reliably and professionally. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to online classes due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet, technology or third-party service disruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website and will apply to your continued use of ROOK Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka
