Refund Policy

By completing payment and enrolling in a ROOK program, you confirm that you have read, understood an Effective: September 2026

ROOK courses are conducted in fixed cohorts with limited seats. Once a student enrolls, their seat is reserved for the full duration of the course, making it difficult for us to replace a student midway.

ROOK reserves the right to review exceptional requests on a case-by-case basis and make the final decision regarding refunds or cohort transfers.

Refunds & Enrolment

Course fees are paid upfront for the full course duration.

We strongly recommend that parents enrol only when they are confident their child can attend and complete the full course.

As a general policy, course fees are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed.

In exceptional circumstances, ROOK may consider a refund if we are able to successfully fill the student’s seat with another student. Any such refund is entirely at ROOK’s discretion and is not guaranteed. We will, however, make a genuine effort to accommodate reasonable requests.

Missed Classes & Cohort Transfers

Missing a class does not make the student eligible for a refund.

Where a student has received prior approval to miss a session, a class recording may be provided in accordance with ROOK’s class recording policy.

Where possible, ROOK may offer a transfer to a future cohort instead of a refund. Transfers are subject to availability and approval by ROOK and are not guaranteed.

Acceptance of Policy
